In an effort to foster a safe & inclusive work environment for its employees, AIESL has organized a workshop on Gender Sensitization and prevention of sexual harassment [POSH] across all regions. The workshop aimed to raise awareness & promote a culture of respect and sensitivity towards Gender related issues.
